White-Label Project
These concepts incorporate live-coal and live-wood cooking into two adjacent spaces. New residential and commercial tenants are provided retail sundries inside its all-day cafe, and next-door (connected by back-of-house facilities) a casual fine dining Spanish concept serves dinner nightly. The project is situated in a revamped multi-use downtown campus that re-imagines the international headquarters of a legacy Fortune 500 company. A four-seat “chef’s counter” offering weekly tasting menus alongside nightly a la carte dining is powered by an advanced array of appliances that make efficient use of labor in a secondary metropolitan market where talent is at a premium. This project is also situated in an historic multi-use building and involved complex approvals and design reviews.
