We worked with a major Philadelphia-based developer, in partnership with an esteemed local coffee roaster, to develop an all-day cafe and upscale dinner venue as an amenity for the building’s residential tenants and the surrounding neighborhood. The cafe/restaurant became a beloved institution in its city and beyond, climbing to #6 on Philadelphia Magazine’s list of “Top 50 Restaurants,” gaining a place on Bon Appetit’s “50 Best New Restaurants in America,” and being named on Inquirer’s “25 Best Restaurants in Philadelphia.” This restaurant truly helped to define an era of Philadelphia dining and its Pandemic closure was widely mourned.
