We worked with a major Philadelphia-based developer, in partnership with an esteemed local coffee roaster, to develop an all-day cafe and upscale dinner venue as an amenity for the building’s residential tenants and the surrounding neighborhood. The cafe/restaurant became a beloved institution in its city and beyond, climbing to #6 on Philadelphia Magazine’s list of “Top 50 Restaurants,” gaining a place on Bon Appetit’s “50 Best New Restaurants in America,” and being named on Inquirer’s “25 Best Restaurants in Philadelphia.”
