Bastia

Hotel Anna & Bel, a 50-room boutique property in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, opened in tandem with Bastia. Inspired by the cuisines of Corsica and Sardinia, Bastia operates 19 meal periods weekly, with breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday, brunch Saturday + Sunday, and dinner nightly. During its first year open, Hotel Anna & Bel received a Michelin key, and Bastia was named the best restaurant in Philadelphia by Philadelphia Magazine in its annual update of the city’s “50 Best Restaurants” list. It was also named one of the Best New Restaurants in America by Esquire and Best New Restaurant of 2024 by Eater. Bastia has outperformed from both a revenue and profitability standpoint and has quickly become an institution and destination in a highly competitive restaurant neighborhood.
